With the growing number of virtuemart users, the virtuemart development team - especially lead developer Soeren Eberhardt-Bierman - received more and more requests for support. The idea for a professional support service came up. We feel honoured, that Soeren asked us to offer this service.

After nearly one year of virtuemart expert, it was time to restructure and relaunch our service. We have learned a lot in this year! Unfortunately, the support-club-idea did not work for most of our customers. 95% of all request were more individual or requests for development. So we now offer the "Single Support Ticket" and more prominent "Custom Development". As a new service, we offer the "Apply Hack" product. A lot of features are only possible by changing the virtuemart core code. Most virtuemart users are not able to do this on their own. We want to do this for you - in a professional manner!
