ImageOnly one week after launch of the new Virtuemart Support Service we have updated our support system. To offer a better service to our customers, we have installed the professional Kayako Support Suite .

Kayako is one of the leading ticket systems and offers a wide range of features such as live support, various ticket handling options and integrated downloads and knowledge base.

Unfortunately, Kayako is not a Joomla component. But we have put it directly into the website and have written some tools to make Kayako work with virtuemart and joomla.

We are sure to make our support even more professional with this great tool!

and wat i need , i need a very easy adding an objek and acceserius to a produkt and with a click send it to email or fax server ,if you do how can i bye this service for vm expert?
