What can Full Support Calls be?

To get an idea what a Full Support Call can be, we have listed some examples:

... or similar jobs. Support calls are calculated to be solved within max. three hours.

What can Support Calls NOT be?

Basically no development is included in a FSC. Of course, we won't charge you for changing some lines of code when we have a working and tested solution for your problem.
