You will get payed for every successful support call you have solved. 

Our supporters have access to our support system, where you can see the incoming calls. You can read the problem and assign a call to you. After that, you are responsible for this call. There is no minimum number of calls you have to answer or times you have to be online! But we pay more, the earlier a call is taken and answered!
