How does this service work?

If you decide to work with us, you should read the following information

Support Ticket

  • Buy the Support Ticket that matches your demands
  • Fill out our support form
    Please mention URL, Joomla Version, Virtuemart-Version
  • We will contact you within the response time with a solution. In 75% of all calls, we need Admin- and/or FTP-Access to solve the problem.
  • The Support Ticket is limited to a maximum of 3 hours of work. The requested problem may be fixed in a shorter time

    This work can not be done within a support ticket - please request a qoute:
  • development
  • database changes
  • fix modifications of core files

    If a support ticket is bought and we find out that the problem can not be solved within a support ticket, we will offer send you a quote for a solution or offer a refund.

Custom Development

  • Request a quote using the form on the “Request a Quote” page
  • Be as precise as possible when you describe the feature you need
  • We will give you a quote as soon as possible
  • To get started, we ask for:
    40% down payment through paypal (you can save money by buying credits!)
    We normally need FTP- and Admin-Access to your site
  • The timeframe starts at our business hours after we have received the paypal payment
  • The customer has to provide all information needed to finish the project
  • The customer has to test the addon within 3 days after completion

Important:

For all work we will do for you:

  • The customer is responsible for backing up the files and database! If the customer is not able to create a backup on his own, we can do this (EUR 39 +VAT)
  • The customer has to inform us when there are changes in the core code! We are not responsible for the loss of core hacks / modifications when we are not informed about them by the customer
  • If nothing else is agreed or written, we expect the files in the directory structure as they are in the Virtuemart distribution package
  • Our Service is especially for Virtuemart. Other extensions that may be installed on the customers site are not included in this service - though we try to find a solution. But it is not possible to know the details of more than 4.000 available Joomla addons.
